Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Our own dispatch team answers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Night and Sunday visits carry a $149 after-hours fee, which plan members never pay.

How much does a service call cost?
Our diagnostic is $89 during business hours and is waived when you approve the repair. You'll get a fixed price in writing before any work begins.
Should I repair or replace my AC?
If your system is under 12 years old and the repair costs less than a third of a new system, we usually recommend repairing. We put both options in writing with the readings behind them.
Do you offer financing and rebates?
Financing runs from 0% APR for 18 months up to 120-month terms on approved credit. We also file Oncor and Atmos Energy rebates and help with the federal tax credit.
What warranty do you offer?
Repairs carry a 2-year parts and labor warranty. New systems carry 10 years parts and labor, registered in your name.
